This is a tank for snakes that I made for my sister (she's good to me)
that also acts as a window seat. It is made of oak and is way heavier
than I hoped. The seat is fake black leather and the acrylic tanks is
removable.

At the far right is a pool of water that I made by simply adding a
strip of acrylic as a dam and used fish tank caulk to seal it.

Under the seat is an area about 2 inched seed that I used to hide the
lighting. Under the tank is about a 1 inch space where I have 3 heating
pads to keep the snakes cozy. At both ends there are holes in the
acrylic to allow air to circulate through. With the large surface area
of water the humidity stays relatively high.
